Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees ever. You only pay your monthly or annual subscription fee.
How long does it take to get up and running?
Get started with Rally Corp right away. 10DLC approval via The Campaign Registry usually takes 1–2 weeks. While approval is pending, you can send up to 100 messages using toll-free numbers, with increased carrier filtering and limited throughput until your campaign is fully approved.
Do I need technical knowledge or a developer to use Rally Corp?
No programming or technical setup required. Rally Corp is a fully no-code platform — anyone on your team can send messages, launch campaigns, and automate follow-ups without writing a single line of code. There's nothing to install and no developer needed. Most organizations are up and running in minutes.
Are carrier and registration fees included?
Yes! Unlike many providers, Rally Corp credits include all carrier fees and registration costs. There are no hidden surcharges or per-message carrier fees on top of your credits. The price you see is the price you pay.
What happens when I exceed my message limits?
We'll notify you before you hit your limit. You can easily purchase additional credits at $50 per 1,000 credits or $450 per 10,000 credits (10% savings!). Credits never expire and roll over forever, so you can pre-purchase anytime. Sending 100k+ messages per year? Can I switch plans anytime?

These features are available on-demand and cost between $0.05 to $0.25 per contact, depending on the type and depth of data you request. You only pay for what you use, making it a cost-effective way to keep your contact database accurate and complete.
Do you support international texting?
