How it works

  1. Set it up: Rally provides custom NFC tags pre-programmed with your unique link or keyword. Stick them on signage, tables, brochures, or even in mailers. When someone taps their phone on the tag, it instantly launches a text or opens a mobile-friendly landing page.
  2. Auto-reply: If you’re using the “Tap to Text” feature, the tap will launch a pre-filled message to your shortcode (24365), regular, or toll-free number. Rally then automatically replies with your message and a link—whether it’s to donate, sign up, or learn more.
  3. Action: Supporters tap, open the link, and take your chosen action. It could be donating, registering for an event, opting into alerts, or any other mobile-friendly call to action. It’s fast, frictionless, and works without an app or typing.
  4. Reminder: If they don’t act immediately, Rally allows you to follow up with a timed or triggered reminder to boost engagement.
  5. Follow up: Rally tracks every tap and follow-through. Whether someone donates or not, you can segment and tag those contacts for personalized follow-up later.
