Rally Corp does not hold donor funds

How it works

Rally Corp provides engagement and fundraising tools — including Rally Platform (messaging and automation) and Fundraise.so (Giving Apps and Donation Recovery).

When a supporter donates, the payment is processed by your connected payment provider — either Stripe (when you use Fundraise.so) or your existing platform such as Fundraise Up, GoFundMe Pro, Virtuous, Blackbaud, Bloomerang, or DonorPerfect. Disbursement to your nonprofit's bank account is handled by that processor or platform according to their terms. Rally Corp does not hold, custody, or control donor funds at any point.

Fees

When you process donations through Fundraise.so, Rally Corp retains a platform fee of 3% to 5% per donation. The fee is disclosed at the moment of donation, and donors can opt to cover it so 100% of their gift reaches your mission.

When donations are processed through external donation platforms, Rally Corp does not deduct any portion of the donation. Fees on those platforms are set by the platform itself.

Standard payment processor fees (such as Stripe's 2.9% + $0.30 per card transaction) apply separately and are paid to the processor, not to Rally Corp.

Rally Corp is a registered Charitable Fundraising Platform with the California Attorney General's Registry of Charities and Fundraisers.

As a registered platform, we verify every nonprofit's good standing with the IRS, the California Attorney General, and the California Franchise Tax Board before they can solicit through Fundraise.so. We disclose all platform fees at the moment of donation, send tax receipts promptly, and report annually to the Attorney General.

Verify your donation

Every donation processed through Fundraise.so generates an email confirmation receipt within seconds. The receipt contains the recipient charity's name, the donation amount, the date, and a unique reference ID.

To verify a donation reached the intended charity, you can:

Rally Corp, Inc. and its products do not act as escrow services or financial intermediaries holding charitable contributions. Payment processing services provided through Rally's integrations are subject to the applicable payment processor's terms, including Stripe's Connected Account Agreement.
