Rally Corp Does Not Hold or Process Donor Funds
Your donations go directly to your organization.
Rally Corp, Inc ("Rally") and its related products — including Rally Pages, Giving Games (Fundraise.so), and other Rally-powered tools — are communications and engagement platforms.
We do not collect, store, hold, or control donor funds.
All donations are processed by your organization's own connected payment provider, such as Stripe, Fundraise Up, GoFundMe Pro (formerly Classy), Virtuous, or your existing fundraising pages.
This means:
- Rally Corp does not take custody of donations
- Rally Corp cannot delay or redirect funds
- Donations flow directly from the donor to your nonprofit's account
How Rally Works (in simple terms)
Rally products help you:
- Send text messages and campaigns
- Create engagement experiences (like Rally Pages and Giving Games)
- Guide supporters to donate
- Track clicks and participation
When a supporter donates:

Regardless of which Rally product you use, donations are always handled by your connected fundraising and payment systems.
You stay in full control of your fundraising
Because you use your own payment processor and donation pages:
- You control your bank account
- You control refunds and chargebacks
- You maintain your own financial compliance
- You avoid third-party custody risk
Rally provides the communication and campaign layer.
What Rally is (and is not)
Rally is:
- A communications and engagement platform
- A fundraising campaign and automation tool
- A system for guiding supporters to your existing donation tools
Rally is not:
- A payment processor
- A custodial wallet
- A platform that holds or distributes charitable funds

Rally was intentionally designed to avoid this risk.
Our architecture ensures that:
- Donations flow directly to nonprofits
- Funds remain with the nonprofit's chosen payment processor
- Rally cannot interrupt or delay payouts

All donations are processed by third-party payment providers selected by the customer. Rally is not responsible for payment processing, settlement, or custody of funds. Any future fundraising or payment-related services will be governed by separate terms and disclosures.
